*Free collect and return includes disconnecting your system and upon return, connecting it back up again making sure everything is plugged in properly (we will spend maximum 10 minutes on-site for this purpose, beyond that time is chargeable at the on-site rate). Maximum 10 miles distance from our shop. Some Laptops may not be cleaned internally due to the complexity of dismantling the system. Parts are not included and will be quoted separately.
